  • Included in our basic move package is a complimentary consultation, customized floor plan and all necessary packing materials. We will provide an estimate for professional packing, moving and complete set up services.

  • A la carte services include but are not limited to:

    • Right-sizing and organizing

    • Arranging for removal of unwanted items through sale, donation, or disposal

    • Final cleaning of the previous residence

    • Picture hanging

    • Preparing home for listing

  • We are a full-service move management company which includes packing. If you want to do some of the packing we can discuss a game plan. We provide boxes and moving supplies at no cost to our clients. If you choose to pack on your own, we have moving supplies for sale including boxes, packing paper, and tape.

  • Yes! If you are moving to or from Southeast Wisconsin, we can help arrange movers and handle the packing or unpacking on this end. We will then help coordinate with a move manager on the other end through our National Association of Senior and Specialty Move Managers database.

  • After helping people right-size for over 20 years we have an incredible network of resources to help with selling, donating, repurposing, recycling and disposing of items as needed. We will help you find the right fit.

  • Senior and Specialty Move Managers® provide a multi-faceted approach to the move process: from space planning in the beginning to post-move settling in and support.

    Move Managers minimize the chaos and stress associated with moving by addressing all aspects of the move process. They are responsible for creating and executing a seamless action plan, customized to the client's wishes.

    Senior and Specialty Move Managers® do so much more than simply sort, settle and move boxes; with loads of energy, expertise and experience, Move Managers take the worry (and work!) out of the move process. The client's job is to simply enjoy his or her new living arrangement.

    Services are personalized to meet the client's needs and preferences.

    NASMM Senior and Specialty Move Managers® are reviewed for insurance and are required to take our Cornerstone Courses which focus on core competencies in Senior Move Management® including Ethics & Accountability, Safety, Understanding the Moving Industry & Understanding Contracts & Liability.

    Ongoing educational programs reflect the NASMM commitment to professionalism and to working with older adults, families, and others.

    NASMM has developed a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for all members.
